Customer must provide valid ID documents for RTO registration.
Warranty
Battery and motor warranty as per manufacturer policy.
Limitation of Liability
Green Fly EV shall not be liable for misuse, accident, or unauthorized modifications.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh courts.
