Order Cancellation

• Cancellation allowed within 24 hours of booking.
• Once RTO process or dispatch begins, cancellation may not be possible.
• Booking amount may be partially refundable after deductions.

Return Policy

• Vehicles once delivered and registered are non-returnable.
• Accessories can be returned within 7 days (unused condition).

Refund Policy

• Refund processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refund credited to original payment method.
• Gateway charges may be deducted.

Damaged Delivery

If vehicle is delivered damaged, report within 24 hours with photos.
